Music and family are deeply connected for Margaret. While folk and country were the beloved genres she grew up around in the Champion home, Margaret also explored musical theatre and classical repertoire both as a soloist and ensemble singer.

With wonderful mentors she has studied voice, dance and theatre, while singing with many choirs and ensembles. Margaret has performed with community theatres over the years in shows including: Into the Woods, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Drowsy Chaperone, and Godspell. 

When not singing, Margaret is a health administrator and an explorer of life with her partner Dan and two beautiful boys, William and Alex.
